Registration Confirmation

Registrations can not be confirmed unless the whole payment is completed. Completed forms together with the appropriate payment should be sent to the secretariat; Alabanda Meetings, and the confirmation letter will be sent to the registered participant by the secretariat;

Payment of Registrations

Registration payments should be made in Euro, by bank transfer or credit card.

* Bank to bank transfer in Euro: Bank transfer receipt must be sent together with the registration form and the name of the delegate must be mentioned clearly on the bank receipt.

* Credit Card: Write the name exactly as it appears on the credit card, indicate type of card (Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA), credit card number, security code and expiration date. The registration form must be signed. Credit card payments with any of these details missing will be considered invalid. Diners and AMEX cards are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Alabanda Co. Inc. Please note that refunds will only be issued after the meeting. An administrative fee is charged depending on the date of cancellation; until 30 Jan 2009, whole fee is refunded, between 31 Jan-2 March 2009 % 50 will be charged as cancellation fee. After 3 March 2009, no refund is possible.
